Orders

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept PayPal.

Do you sell gift cards?

Not yet, but soon. When available, gift cards will be delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout, and they have no additional processing fees or expiration dates.

Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We ship stickers to most countries around the world. However, we currently do not ship them to: Albania, Algeria, Colombia, Cuba, Indonesia, Iran, Kosovo, Lebanon, Libya, North Korea, Pakistan, Somalia, Sudan, and Syria.

 

We currently ship our other products to the USA and Canada.

Where do you ship from?

All products are shipped from Petaluma, CA, USA.

What does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. Add the items to your cart and select your country from the list to get a shipping rate.

How long does shipping take?

All orders are shipped via USPS. Please allow 2-4 business days (M-F) for orders to be processed after your purchase is complete.

 

Domestic (within the USA):

  • Standard Shipping (USPS First Class and Priority): 5-10 business days

 

International (varies per country):

  • First Class International: 3-5 weeks (customs processing times vary)
Will I be charged additional customs fees or import taxes if I live outside of the USA?

It’s possible. Every country has different regulations on how they handle import goods. We recommend you visit this Duty Calculator to get an estimate of what you will be charged when the package arrives. We do not pre-pay or cover any import fees.

Can I track my order?

Not for sticker orders. These are mailed without tracking information.

 

For all other products, yes you can. After we ship your order (typically between 2-4 business days), you’ll receive an email with a USPS tracking link. Please allow 24 hours for the link to activate. For international orders, once the package leaves the USA, the tracking links may not update. But your package is on its way. If you have any questions about your order, email info@accidentalinformation.com.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Items in new condition (unworn/unwashed) can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If we made a mistake or the item arrived defective, please contact us and we’ll make things right.

 

Please note, Final Sale items are not eligible for returns.

How do I return an item?

Visit our returns page to create a label to return your items to us. Please include a copy of your packaging slip or confirmation email from your order.

 

Once your return is received and reviewed, your refund will be processed.
